At J&J Appliances, we proudly offer local delivery only. We do not ship appliances or products outside of our designated local service area.

Shipping Policy

1. Local Delivery Area

We provide delivery only to customers located within Tulsa, OK and nearby surrounding areas. All deliveries are made from our store located at:

If you're unsure whether you're within our delivery range, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Local deliveries are scheduled based on availability and distance.

  • After your purchase, a team member will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time.

  • We strive to complete deliveries within 3 business days from the purchase date, depending on location and demand.

3. Delivery Fees

A flat-rate or distance-based delivery fee may apply, depending on your location. Any delivery charges will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or scheduling.

4. In-Store Pickup

Customers who live outside our delivery area are welcome to pick up their appliances directly from our Tulsa store.

5. No Nationwide or International Shipping

Please note:

  • We do not offer shipping through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or any freight carrier.

  • We do not deliver outside of our local area.

  • We do not ship to other U.S. states or internationally.

6. Delivery Terms

  • Someone 18+ must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.

  • Driveways, entrances, and installation areas must be clear and accessible.

  • Additional charges may apply for stair carries, complex installations, or failed delivery attempts.
